Let me
take this opportunity to welcome you to the Central Florida Fire
Chiefs' Association’s
website. As
your President my hope is that together we can take the benefit of
participating in the activities of the CFFCA to a whole new level. The
information posted on our website is only one way we work to
communicate with our members, keeping everyone informed about our
activities. The
fire service agencies in Central Florida are among the most
experienced, respected and professional in the Country. Many of our
agencies are leaders in the field and set the standards which others
follow. The CFFCA works to provide quality interaction opportunities
between executive level chief fire officers throughout our four-county
region. While many of our gatherings occur in a more relaxed social
environment; most members find our meetings a great way to share
information about current issues and events. Not
only do we offer opportunities to share information with our peers, we
have an excellent network of corporate partners who regularly join us
at our meetings. Corporate partners play a critical role in our
Association through the sponsoring of special learning experiences
which keep our members on the cutting edge of technology and
information. Their role is invaluable to our success. We
encourage regular attendance at our meetings which are held during the
lunch hour on the second Thursday of each month. It’s my job as
President to keep the business of the meetings moving so that everyone
benefits from the social interaction. Each meeting offers a special,
timely educational program. Visitors are always welcome and members are
reminded to bring other members of their agency at anytime. Thank
