The Board meets via tele-conference the 1st Thursday of each month to conduct association business. At the call of the President, the Board meets face-to-face once per quarter at the Orlando-Altamonte Springs Hilton. No board meetings are held during the months of July or December. Members or interested parties wishing to address the board should contact the Secretary/Treasurer at CFFCA at least one (1) week in advance of the meeting to secure agenda space. No notice is required to attend the on-site BOD meetings as an observer or interested party.
